Starting in 2014, you will be able to shop for your insurance plan through a Health Insurance Exchange, an online marketplace that shows different health plan options side-by-side, kind of like travel websites that allow you to compare airline rates. Your state will either help set up its own exchange, or it will use one that’s federally-run. These exchanges do require internet access.
